Business Systems Analyst :

- Work on ACH project, focusing on enhancing Fiserv PEP+ application

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Business systems analysis experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Fiserv PEP+ application and ACH payment systems
- Strong understanding of the payments industry, including NACHA rules and regulations
- Advanced Excel experience, particularly pivot tables and data analysis
- Experience in creating process flows and understanding underlying code structures
- Proven ability to write clear, concise business requirements and user stories
- Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficiency in using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation
