TikTok's Global Marketing team helps ensure we're delivering on this mission through all of our marketing and communication efforts, helping set the brand tone and bring the brand story to life through constant marketing innovation across advertising, digital engagement, and social storytelling.
Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Head, this professional will support the team in the following activities:
- Keep the campaign rhythm and manage day-to-day milestones and deliverables.
- Own and maintain the integrated calendars of all different campaigns running in AMS and Globally.
- Own and maintain all logistics for campaigns and other strategic initiatives, including but not limited to campaign budget planning, leading marketing agency RFPs, and managing day-to-day agency relationships.
- Create, maintain, and own campaign governance to ensure the projects are handled based on best practices including creative testing, media learnings, and global best practices.
- Own the communication and sharing of best practices, and sessions to review results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is organized with strong marketing operations skills including campaign management, creative production, and media timelines.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, need to engage with different stakeholders to keep the team rhythm and integrate key teams.
- The ideal candidate has worked in marketing and has deep knowledge of all different marketing disciplines. This person understands what it takes to execute high quality marketing plans and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and background in operational tasks within projects (agency management, contracts, reports, etc).
- Highly motivated and result-oriented self-starter. With the capability to tolerate the high speed and pressure working load and intent to ask for chasing the high performance.
- Be able to influence XFN teams when managing large scale campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns.
