Our team is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team! He/she will be responsible for updating the excel template for the CPUC requirements. There is a monthly and quarterly deliverable due that this person will be trained on and responsible for. A background in business finance and utilities would be helpful to understand the data and language you are working with.

Responsibilities Include:

Financial requests

Analysis, estimation

Working with finance team under their direction - need someone to do the financial leg work
- Pull data in future
- Capex and OPEX cost, GRC activity
- Revenue, cost benefit, ratios, risk spend efficiency - lining it all up
- Coordinate and assist in QBR quarterly reporting to make sure data aligns with this project
- Update template and work in Excel
- Notate (footnote) different nuances for each program / heavy documentation

Required Skills & Experience
- Financial Analysis and Business finance background
- Strong Excel Skills
- Great communication and documentation skills as you will be creating footnotes to match the financial work
- Prior PG&E and/or Utilities experience (Understanding GRC)
- 5+ years in finance and utilities operations
