We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team at 250 Vesey Street, New York, NY. This role is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days in the office and offers a contract duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension and full-time employment after 2 years. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Change Manager Job Details
As a Change Manager, you will lead and manage complex projects and system implementations to meet the strategic transaction banking needs of our International Banking Global Business Payments and Business Banking Operations. Your role will involve preparing detailed action plans, conducting critical research and analysis, defining business requirements, and liaising with various stakeholders including users, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. You will also be responsible for designing and reengineering existing business processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Change Manager Mandatory Skills
• 5-7 Years' experience as a Change Manager
• 3+ Years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Prior management experience in Transaction Products (Wires, ACH) with a solid understanding of Corporate/Commercial Deposits and back office operational processes/interfaces and risk management techniques
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Visio/Power BI/Power Point)
• Superior technical knowledge in MS Office tools and process management software

Change Manager Desired Skills
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
• Strong communications and influencing skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Solid process/procedural documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
