Insight Global is looking for an Client Data Specialist to work at one of our top clients in a fully remote position. This candidate must have utilized excel in a professional environment. This candidate will be taking large data sets from clients and manipulating them to send to stakeholders/internal employees. A good personality, strong work ethic and previous excel skills are desired from this individual.

For Hannover Re US and associated TPA clients, analyzes and interprets cession, premium, reserve and claims risk information submitted by assumed client companies. Resolves inconsistencies and errors through research and investigation with internal and external sources; recommends, determines, and implements necessary changes to properly accept or reject risk data for company use. Consults with and provides expertise to management on general client company data trends and individualized client company issues.

Required Skills & Experience

* College degree in related field (Business, Math) or equivalent experience

* Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services and/or information management

* Ability to work independently in a team environment and manage internal and external demands of position with only minimal supervision

* Ability to exercise sound discretion with regards to decision-making and resolving non-standard situations

* Ability to offer informal leadership through directions and actions

* Proven analytical skills with an attention to detail

* Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines

* Proven interpersonal skills for work internally across departments, as well as with clients

* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Life reinsurance/insurance knowledge

Professional designation: FLMI, ACS, or ARA

* Familiarity or aptitude with data mapping and querying tools (SAS, Actian Data Connect, SQL)

* Reinsurance data analysis experience (TAI)

* Project participation and leadership in various business or technical projects
