Job Description:

Works with clients, both internal and external, to ensure that they receive high quality service. This
includes preparing AP supplies & patient reports for delivery to clients.

Answers incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional manner. Understands all aspects of the
telephone communication system and its operation. Representative will access the Laboratory Information
System, SalesForce, and other information systems and communicate with clients regarding case status,
specimen handling requirements, fees, insurance and other information.

Accesses the information systems for the purpose of researching, troubleshooting and following up on
specimen related problems. The representative must keep updated on testing procedures and specimen
requirements. He/she must work closely and amicably with laboratory and clerical personnel in resolving
status problems, and maintain documentation of all client service encounters.

Will properly queue requests for courier services requested by customers and be able to arrange
emergency service when necessary.

Expected Salary:

Starting salary is between $16.75 - $18.00

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Good verbal and writing skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. Call center/ Client Services experience.
Familiarity with CRM and medical data entry.
