Under the general direction of the Climate Action Director, t he Climate Community Engagement Manager (SSM I- Sp ) supports the development, planning, and execution of Community Climate Action Days statewide as part of the overall California Climate Action Corps program. The Climate Community Engagement Manager reports to the Climate Action Director and collaborate s with Climate Program Specialists and other CV Program Specialists to achieve California Volunteers' strategic collective impact goals related to climate action, including partnership development and recruitment. The Climate Community Engagement Manager will support efforts to further develop, evaluate, and scale the California Climate Action Corps program , particularly through management of grantees .

GO-Serve consists of the Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications (OCPSC) , California Volunteers (CV) , and the Youth Empowerment Commission (YEC) .
