Clinical Director (Outpatient)

Insight Global is looking for a Clinical Director to join an amazing behavioral health company. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 14-16 case managers, data analysts, interns, and peer support personnel. This person will be a one of 4 Clinical Directors supporting the outpatient program. The ideal candidate will be upbeat and passionate about offering support to community members going through mental health emergencies.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
Experience working in an inpatient setting
Experience working with patients experiencing current or ongoing mental health emergencies (acute symptoms)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a management or lead capacity
