Position Summary:
Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. This is a Department of Nursing position that must demonstrate the clinical ability to work as Primary RN on the Unit to which assigned. Must be able to coordinate the delivery of patient care on the unit.

Position Summary:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree required (Copy of Diploma/Degree required on first day of hire)
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing preferred
- AZ Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse License required
- ACLS required upon hire
- TNCC within 6 months of hire
- Moderate and Deep Sedation Competency within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
- EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
- Hemodynamic Monitoring, EKG preferred
- For Critical Care Service Line at least 1-year CVICU experience required, 2 years ICU experience required, and 1 year IMC experienced required
