Computer Operations Supervisor (Warehouse Management Systems)

Are you ready to take charge of a dynamic and fast-paced distribution center? We're looking for a talented individual to oversee our Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:
Lead daily computer-related operations across all shifts, including start-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-week tasks.
Ensure store billings are completed accurately and on time.
Oversee the timely processing of will-call orders to keep our customers happy.
Maintain label supplies for our order selectors to ensure seamless operations.
Administer access levels to safeguard our system and data security for all AutoZoners in the facility.
Monitor and reduce damages to computer equipment, helping us save on replacement costs.

What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of related experience in a similar role.
Superior leadership skills to guide and inspire your team.
Analytical skills to assess information and direct the workforce effectively.
Clear and effective communication abilities.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on.
PC literacy, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes software.
Technical proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining RF equipment, desktop PCs, and servers.
Understanding and communication of policies and procedures to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Willingness to relocate is a plus!
