Are you looking for a fast-paced and challenging position that will provide you with a wide range of Information Technology (IT) experience as a Configuration Management Specialist? Then this position is for you.
You will perform a wide variety of tasks that require regular innovative problem solving and will be responsible for those activities relating to building and deploying complex, large-scale software packages in support of the software development lifecycle. You must have knowledge of the DevOps practices including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment of large-scale, complex IT systems, Jenkins, Azure DevOps. You must have knowledge of large scale, complex IT system automated deployment techniques and best practices. You are responsible for coordinating, configuring, and performing the more complex large-scale software deployments. You are expected to work cooperatively with bureau and Technology Services Division (TSD) technical staff in support of planning and software implementation activities and promotes an environment and atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation consistent with the department's values among staff and managers. You will promote, establish, and maintain relationships with representatives from across different divisions within the department. This position requires planned off hours support on a rotating weekly basis as well as occasional unplanned off hours support.

Working Conditions
- This position is eligible for remote-working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need. FTB has a minimum in-office requirement of two days per week for all positions including those that are eligible for telework.
