Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions that address supply chain needs. Participate in the creation of effective visions, strategies, and roadmaps in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Architect enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advise on how to grow business and achieve target cost structures. Help innovate and transform current business models and customer experiences in order to create sustaining competitive advantages that leverage emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Assist in the development of a shared services organization and in the improvement of back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management. Assist in the analysis of various industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative market financial information, key players, and trends.
  • 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
  • Providing organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models that create and capture value for the organization, supported by a strong operations and supply chain foundation, utilizing SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Strategic Planning Frameworks;
  • Providing support in developing and documenting supply chain processes and metrics in a manner consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, and Excel, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement;
  • Performing business case analysis to understand opportunities for supply chain cost optimization, utilizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), cross-impact analysis, driver, and saving lever analysis;
  • Utilizing SAP S/4HANA, and Ariba to provide scalable and available designs to provide technical solutions;
  • Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents (HLDD), and implementing analytical solutions using Agile methodology, Atlassian Jira, and Project Management Center (PMC);
  • Working across phases of the Project Lifecycle, including strategy, analysis, design, implementation and optimization for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Modeling, designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; and
  • Assisting in the analysis of business requirements and documenting functional requirements in Jira, PMC, Current State vs Future State, Gap, and Pain Point analysis.
