Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end information technology project journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design, and implementation of largescale data ecosystems, including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence in connection to information technology projects.
  • 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
  • Participating in the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients' next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies, and roadmaps utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Social Customer Service, Data Loader, and Tableau CRM;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Social Customer Service, Data Loader, and Tableau CRM;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable statuses to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders by employing Project, Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet;
  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments through use of PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe;
  • Mapping current and creating to-be business service flows that help design components for online applications utilizing PowerPoint and Visio; and
  • Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications, and integrating with On-Premise and Cloud applications by leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Social Customer Service, Data Loader, and Tableau CRM.
