Continuous Improvement Data Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to sit in Wilmington, Ohio. The data analyst will be a part of a growing Operations team. Responsibilities include creating Power BI visualizations and dashboards, data analysis, and data warehousing tasks for internal and external clients. This will require a skilled professional that can collect and analyze customer requirements, assemble data from various sources and produce outputs in Power BI to achieve the customers goals. must have strong communication skills and be able to relay information in a digestible way. Consult with internal and external customers to collect BI requirements while understanding the customers datasets, correlate the datasets with the BI requirements. They will be responsible for creating Power BI visualizations, edit existing reports, audit existing databases/ reports to optimize performance. Candidates will also be responsible for the creation of staging databases and data warehouses for consumption by Power BI while setting up and administering of Power BI data connections

Salary: $120,000-$140,000

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree required
Four-plus years experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
Proven expertise in creating Power BI visualizations, reports, data models, DAX, database queries
Green Belt/ Lean 6 Sigma (lean Six Sigma) Certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters Degree (technical field)
Aviation / Aircraft knowledge
