This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The development and implementation of customer visit programs designed to assist the global Molecular Imaging salesforce in closing PET/CT, SPECT, and SPECT/CT scanner and software sales.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate personnel are available for relevant customer discussions.
• Directs both on-site and virtual customer engagements including oversight of the program from initiation, planning and scope management, to execution and project close.
• Oversees coordination of multiple workstream projects and programs at varying stages of development across two product lines and two facility locations, successfully prioritizing execution in relation to deadlines.
• Develop and maintain a database of Key Opinion Leaders and global reference sites.
• Assist in the planning and execution of Sales Education events under the guidance of the Global Sales Education Manager.
• Assist in the development of a Clinical Fellowship Program.
• Other duties/tasks as relevant

• Functional understanding of the healthcare industry
