**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Fusion Center Fraud & Cybersecurity Specialist. This role is critical in integrating fraud prevention efforts across various lines of business (LOBs) within the organization, with a special focus on aligning fraud detection with advanced information security measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both financial fraud and cybersecurity, with a proven ability to manage complex fraud incidents and contribute to strategic anti-fraud initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Integration & Collaboration**:
- Bridge gaps between segmented fraud teams handling different lines of business (commercial, consumer, machine learning, etc.) and product-level segments (credit cards, vehicle loans).
- Foster collaboration across LOBs to ensure a unified approach to fraud prevention and response.
- Partner with Information Security (Infosec) teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into fraud prevention strategies, addressing increasingly sophisticated, state-sponsored, and advanced threats.
- **Holistic Fraud Analysis**:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive, holistic view of fraud activities across the organization.
- Participate in fusion center intelligence sharing, collecting and triaging data to develop actionable plans.
- **Incident Management**:
- Play a key role in fraud incident management, from initial detection to resolution, ensuring that all incidents are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in designing and developing incident management processes to improve response times and outcomes.
- **Strategic Leadership**:
- Provide strategic input on fraud rule creation and participate in shaping the organization's anti-fraud strategy.
- Act as a liaison between fraud teams, infosec, and executive leadership, ensuring that communication is clear and decisions are well-informed.
- **Expertise & Development**:
- Utilize deep knowledge of financial fraud and cyber threats to guide and mentor team members.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in fraud detection and cybersecurity to continuously improve the organizations defenses.

***Pay Range $67.35 - $77.35/hr***

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial fraud detection and prevention, with significant exposure to cybersecurity threats.
- Experience in a fusion center, cyber threat intelligence, or a similar environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the financial industry and the various LOBs (commercial, consumer, etc.).
- Experience with fraud rule creation and strategic fraud prevention initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in executive-level conversations and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Previous experience in law enforcement, particularly with FBI cyber units, is a plus.
