The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's evolving Ads business runs smoothly. The team is involved in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring execution and operations against strategy.
As Strategy and Operations Go-To-Market Manager, you will lead a team of individual contributors on the strategy and priorities of the broader Measurement, Data and Privacy (MDP) Product GTM team, cross-team coordination and collaboration, and supporting the team's analytical needs. You will be partnering with the leaders across Measurement, Data and Privacy areas within GTM and across stakeholders to drive the overall priorities through data driven insights and lead cross-functional projects.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Experience managing teams across a diverse range of initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Ad Tech ecosystem, and Measurement products and solutions.
- Ability to synthesize key results, detailed analysis, and technical information for an executive audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage individual contributors across Measurement, Data and Privacy, Strategy and Operations, and Analysts.
- Lead the development of Measurement, Data and Privacy strategy, annual planning, goal setting, product prioritization, leadership meeting orchestration, and stakeholder communication.
- Set overall business goals/OKRs and manage cross-functional groups to deliver product adoption, advanced usage, migrations and other key metrics.
- Develop and execute operational efficiency efforts and provide cross-functional teams with data insights to drive business results.
- Prepare and deliver executive briefings to senior business and product leadership, and identify, prioritize, and structure strategic business decisions.
