As a Data Engineer on the Corporate Services Reporting, Analytics, and Data (RAD) team, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, testing, and maintaining highly scalable data management systems for various components of our enterprise. This data will be leveraged by Real Estate Services, Enterprise Procurement, Employee Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Social, & Governance and other groups. You will also be working with Corporate Services customers to identify and automate processes that are currently done manually.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build high-performance data-pipelines from POC to mature algorithmic data cubes
- Implement automated workflows and routines using workflow scheduling tools
- Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production
- Integrate new data management and engineering tools into existing structures
- Build and use tools to understand data lineage and eliminate data duplication
- Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and BI team members on project goals
Skillsets:
- Familiarity with database architecture, querying, and schema design
- Familiarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with Excel and/or experience with software packages such as Python, R, SAS or SPSS
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL databases
- Proven analytical and technical skills with the ability to build data pipelines and understand the necessary needs for data transformation
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data analysis results to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven solid attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
