Desktop Support Specialist

An employer in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst. This person will be responsible for supporting 100-150 end u and be responsible for setting up and imaging employees new laptops and desktops, backing up data, and moving machines from one domain to the next. Candidate will also be helping upgrade memory and SSD drives along with replacing out dated hardware. This person needs to be comfortable interfacing with u both in person and remotely. Candidate needs to have excellent verbal and written communication, as well as a great customer service attitude.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years experience in a desktop support role

Experience with active directory

Migration experience (ideally Win 7 to Win 10)

Experience re-imagining PCs

PC build out/hardware experience

Enterprise level experience

Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous Liquids or Gas Industry experience
