DevOps and Platform Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Senior Analyst you will be responsible for the identification and tracking of potential security incidents across the enterprise.

The SOC Senior Analyst is essential, as you are part of the first line of defense for our Clients Information Security. The SOC Senior Analyst position is responsible for training new SOC analysts, assisting in intricate cyber security investigations as part of Threat Response activities, facilitating escalation of cyber security

Incidents according to a well-documented Incident Response plan, creating, maintaining & updating SOP documentation for SOC Threat Response playbooks, metrics reporting, and ensuring correct analysis for the cyber defense team.

Cloud Infrastructure Design and Management:

Design, deploy, and manage AWS EKS clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Work with AWS ECS (Fargate) to implement serverless container orchestration.

Set up, configure, and maintain message brokers (Amazon MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) for distributed applications.

DevOps and Automation:

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Harness, GitLab, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions to automate the building, testing, and deployment of applications.

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.

Design and configure tooling like CloudWatch and Datadog to maintain the health, performance, and security of AWS environments.

 

Notes: 

Creating containerization with Kubernetes, creating CI/CD pipelines. Tech Stack: React front-end, typescript, API proper will be C# .net microservices. Deploying lambdas, bedrock, middleware. Cloud: AWS proficient.
