We are seeking a talented Digital Supply Chain Manager who can help support our future as we grow our business around the world. Key job responsibilities
- Work cross functionally with the product management, engineering, merchandising, operations, program teams, and external stakeholders to bring linear channels to Prime Video
- Establish goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, and operate through obstacles to achieve program objectives
- Create reporting and dashboards for critical metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis
A day in the life
You will help define and execute the programs to bring new linear channels to Prime Video and provide a best in class experience for the customer in Prime Video through accurate and timely metadata. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of demonstrated results as a program or project manager, preferably in a technical, e-commerce, or media-related environment
- 3+ years experience of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years experience of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to function with business owners to define key business questions and to build data sets that answer those questions
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant professional experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience working with broadcast television in either cable/satellite/broadcast capacity or as digital distribution via OTT solutions
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
