Qualifications of the Director of Maintenance-Nursing Home:

  • Must have nursing home/long-term care experience as a Director of Maintenance
  • Must be extremely hands-on with knowledge of maintenance
  • Strong maintenance skills
  • Possesses the mechanical skills necessary for accomplishing repairs on systems and buildings
  • Understands the practices surrounding proper handling of biohazardous waste


Requirements of the Director of Maintenance-Nursing Home:
  • Previous supervisory experience required
