Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial maintenance and repair, covering building structures, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and kitchen appliances.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory maintenance role, ideally within a long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of facility maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Manage maintenance staff, schedules, and daily operations.
• Regularly inspect equipment and systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upgrades.
• Maintain meticulous records of all inspections, repairs, and warranties.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency maintenance needs.
