Job Title: Director of Maintenance

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, painting, etc.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations
• Ability to oversee all aspects of maintenance and coordinate department operations and personnel
• Proficiency in inspecting equipment and facilities for performance, safety, and upkeep
• Experience managing maintenance staff schedules and responsibilities
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate records of repairs, warranties, and inspections
• Knowledge of legal standards and ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to supervise the completion of necessary repairs and updates
• Willingness and capability to respond to emergency calls

Requirements:

• Experience as a Maintenance Director in a Long Term Care setting preferred
