Responsibilities: Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements providing financial and business due diligence assistance to FORTUNE 1000 and middle-market companies and private equity investors. Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks. Identify sustainable underlying EBITDA, normalized level of net working capital, and indebtedness profiles of companies. Propose normalization adjustments through financial performance analyses.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or credentials to meet the bachelor's degree requirement. Three (3) years of experience must include: Conducting company analysis, including quality of earnings, net working capital, and indebtedness; International Accounting Standards (IAS); Revenue recognition under IFRS15; Leases recognition under IFRS16; Normalized Net Working Capital; EBITDA; S&P Capital IQ; and Bloomberg.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Up to 30% travel to various domestic locations per business need.

SALARY RANGE : $189,600 to $319,400 per year.
