Job Title: Distribution Services Program Manager
Location: Hybrid - Davidson, NC or Quincy, IL

Job Summary:
The Distribution Services Program Manager's role is to grow Gardner Denver, Belliss & Morcom, DV Systems and Champion compressed air equipment recurring revenue through new program development, existing program management, innovative sales tools, performance analytics and sales training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver portfolio expanding offerings to enhance and expand our Services Programs for the Gardner Denver distribution channel.
• Collaborate across functions to insure a smooth launch of new Services Programs
• Manage product life cycle of all Services Programs, pricing and quoting tools related to Services Programs, and monthly reporting to channel leadership on program results
• Prepare and provide all necessary marketing collateral for Services Programs
• Collaborate with Marcomm Leader to develop sales aids required to grow the business and provide overall support, management and reporting on key Services Programs to senior functional leaders.
• Manage and implement program changes as needed to ensure achievement of both program deliverables and business outcomes; ensure the business case is fully achieved as planned
• Define and prioritize specific program level tasks, identify market adjacencies and opportunities to grow our business through strategic marketing discipline, and partner with Sales Enablement to drive Distributor partner multi-year agreement adoption
• Review current offerings portfolio of offerings and implement all changes necessary (from tweaks to wholesale) to ensure offerings provide exceptional distributor and customer value and provide Senior and Channel leadership with regular offerings adoption and performance updates

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree Required, University degree in Marketing or Business preferred
• 5+ years industry experience preferred within compressed air or related industry

Travel & Work Arrangements:

• Hybrid role in either Davidson, NC or Quincy, IL
• Willing to travel domestically on a limited basis (Less than 30%)
