Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of applicable/equivalent experience. (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered
  • 1+ years: One (1) to two (2) years experience in project management, process management, or process design required or work experience with transferrable skills set. (Required)
  • Work collaboratively with other Talent Management team members to drive strategies that improve organizational engagement and performance.
  • Program Coordination. Responsible for supporting overall execution of employee programs & solutions throughout the talent lifecycle. Examples of core responsibilities include (but not limited to): Scheduling, building management activities, material management, set up & tear down, communication administration, light facilitation, evaluation support, and general program & solution logistics.
  • Manage multiple tasks or projects, organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements.
  • Provide feedback on how to improve both appropriateness of content, learning activities and tools, and delivery of training programs.
  • Administrative Support - Provides proactive, timely and accurate administrative support for department team including calendar/schedule management, troubleshooting office equipment, managing invoices, manage recordkeeping and documentation/files, Will help evaluate, design, develop, implement and revise talent management solutions, in-services and self-learning material according to established standards. May perform research on various related topics.
