The Academy Volleyball is seeking a passionate and experienced Boys Program Coordinator to join our Indianapolis team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and development of our boys' programming, ensuring high-quality coaching and a positive experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of boys' programming.
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the club's philosophy and goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor coaching staff for the boys' programming.
  • Plan and coordinate programming schedules and events.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, coaches, and administrative staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of individual athletes.
  • Promote the boys' programming within the community and through various marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all club policies and procedures.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in coaching volleyball, preferably with boys' teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passionate about volleyball and youth development.
  • Knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and current trends in the sport.
  • Previous experience in program coordination or management is preferred.

  • Elementary school
  • High school
  • Middle school


Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
