The Enablement Program Manager reports to the Enablement and Communications Manager on the PMO & COE team.
Duties:
Assist with the development of training and enablement programs to design and develop core sales enablement curriculum, customized regionally as needed, for various internal and external audiences.
Build and implement the processes and tools needed to support our training and enablement strategy.
Provide insights and suggestions to enhance processes for Sales Enablement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for improving the sales learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery.
Manage, update, and audit existing content for any updates necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including field sales, sales operation, and commission finance to ensure enablement efforts are aligned with their needs and the company's strategic objectives.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
Training and Onboarding: Create and deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization. Ensure that changes are effectively communicated and that teams are supported through transitions.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of sales training technology and methodologies; demonstrable experience with sales enablement concepts, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to build enablement content and curricula from instructional design documentation.
Relevant experience preparing, developing, and executing sales effectiveness strategies, tactics and action plans.
Technology Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of enablement platforms and tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
Adaptability: Flexibility in managing change and eagerness to learn and implement new technologies, methodologies, and practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment, meet due dates and execute on projects.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate training deliveries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, education or instructional design, communications, organizational behavior.
