Job Title : ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR

Job Summary

The Enrollment Coordinator is the liaison between the Sales Specialist (s) , prospective members, and the site IDT admissions team. The EC is responsible for the documentation related to gaining approval for enrollment. The Enrollment Coordinator will be the point contact for prospects and caregivers for collecting personal and health related data that will be utilized to assist in determining eligibility and for disseminating information about the program. This position is responsible for all preparation of prospect file, communicating and sending to Eligibility Team completed Level of Care (LOC) and Medicaid request and following up on missing paperwork. The Enrollment Coordinator will report to the Director of Enrollment .

Essential Job Functions

  • Follows up on leads/prospects from the Sales Specialist(s) and various referral sources
  • Processes documents, confirms eligibility, works with doctors' offices and families to successfully enroll the prospect
  • Supports Sales Specialist(s) with application process of new referrals
  • Supports Outside Sales with coordinating community outreach activities including presentations, exhibits, health fairs, and one on one contact with community groups
  • Maintains ongoing communication with Sales Specialist(s) to process referrals and provide relative updates
  • Facilitates center tours when needed
  • Maintains all documentation and eligibility standards of PACE program regulations


Job Requirements

Education:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


Experience:

  • 2 years' experience in healthcare, admissions, marketing, or related field


Licenses/Certifications:

  • N/A


Abilities required

  • Bilingual, Spanish, or Creole preferred
  • Basic skill in Microsoft office applications, email applications, and internet usage
