Enterprise Asset Management Specialist

This specialist will serve as the project manager responsible for the Electric/Electronic (E/E) integration and buildability of new vehicle projects. They will delegate tasks to cross-functional team (CFT) members, communicate project status effectively, manage project risks, and monitor the change readiness of the projects. The specialist will oversee the E/E requirements throughout the vehicle projects entire lifecycle, including all model updates until the end of production, and will report to senior management as the key point of contact for the functional area. They will lead regular project meetings for both pre-series and series build phases, generate and distribute project reports (such as CFT or EAM-Reports) to the project team, upper management, and board members. Additionally, they will represent the department as the first point of contact for the project, organize and lead project and lessons learned meetings, calculate project resources and business cases (including headcount and budgets), and act as a mentor and role model for new employees.

Degree in Electric/Electronic engineering
Able to manage and lead CFT groups
Knowledge of Automotive Electric/Electronics
Knowledge in Business Economy
5 years of experiences in related job field.
Experiences in Automotive Project Management
Good understanding of change management and its implications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Advanced degree in Electrical and/or Project Management
Experiences in Business Case Calculation
10+ years job related experience with automotive background
Able to read and write German
Able to understand Spanish
