We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental/GIS Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing environmental report writing, as well as driving business development initiatives for our environmental services and GIS groups. This role requires a strong background in environmental sciences, GIS technology, project management, and business development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of environmental reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with project teams to gather, analyze, and interpret environmental data
- Manage and mentor staff members involved in environmental report writing
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand our environmental services and GIS groups
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in environmental sciences and GIS technology
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and growth of the environmental services and GIS groups

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Anthropology, Geography, GIS, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental report writing and project management
- Proven track record in business development within the environmental services industry
- Strong knowledge of GIS software and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes
- Registered Professional Archaeologist is a plus!
