Our client, a leading fintech platform in the financial services space, located in the heart of Chicago, IL is looking for an Equity Compensation Analyst to join their human resources team!

The Equity Compensation Analyst will oversee the administration of the Long-Term Incentive Program and Employee Stock Purchase Program. They will work closely with the total rewards and finance teams to ensure the continued competitiveness of their programs and alignment with overall total reward strategies.

Equity Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the ESPP programs
  • Maintain policy and procedure documentation
  • Support the equity financial reconciliation process
  • Manage vendor relationships relating to equity and ESPPs

Equity Compensation Analyst Requirements:
  • 3+ years of compensation experience
  • Exposure to equity compensation and ESPP
  • Excellent communication skills, and experience working with all levels of management
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
