Our client is looking for someone to join their compensation team to work side by side with finance and hiring leaders to create compensation policies and procedures for all internal positions and employees. They will be collaborating with hiring leaders on job titles, position details, job codes, and total compensation to properly define what this should look like. They will be responsible for bringing this all to life based on data from the current employee scope and current candidate market. They need to be confident in their ability to create an analytical project plan on their own and take it to the business to deliver on.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of compensation experience finance/HR/payroll/talent BG is preferred.
Compensation administration experience internal employees.
Experience writing job descriptions in collaboration with hiring leaders.
Experience surveying and providing market data to define job levels and compensation market pricing.
Experience creating and defining job codes.
Merritt incentive experience.
Experience utilizing a compensation management tool - Pay factors would be a huge plus.
Experience updating internal company website with job descriptions and current openings.
Compensation or job level policies and procedures.
Experience utilizing a HRIS tool to access data and built reports.
Excel expert.
BA in related field.
