Responsibilities

  • Ensure all event, staff development/training, travel, and special projects are coordinated at a high quality and professional level.
  • Serve as the administrative lead for event related purchases.
  • Coordinate all staff travel needs.
  • Coordinate all special event/guest travel.
  • Lead travel subcommittee in preparation for annual conference.
  • Manage conference registration processes.
  • Organize digital/print materials for events.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials.
  • Manage continuing education certification opportunities for Institute related events and virtual trainings.
  • Conceptualize, organize, and implement staff development/internal trainings.
  • Maintain training and internal events calendar.
  • Assist with staff recognition/well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous event coordination experience.

Anticipated Salary Range

$45,000 to $52,000, commensurate with education and experience.
