Job Summary
The office of the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (EVPCFO) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the work of the Deputy Executive Assistant to the EVPCFO. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability providing high-level administrative support, attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and consistent follow-through with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
The successful applicant will have experience handling complex calendars and supporting the administrative work of the EVPCFO's office. The position reports to the Deputy Executive Assistant to the EVPCFO. The position is responsible for greeting guests to the EVPCFO suite, assists in the preparation of daily briefings; initiates travel and procurement requests; prepares and submits reimbursements, and tracks expenses. The EVPCFO office routinely interacts with senior leaders from across the university community, giving the person in this position an exciting opportunity to contribute and build professional connections.

Responsibilities*
- Provide administrative support and back-up duties to Deputy Executive Assistant to the EVPCFO. Assist with preparing background materials and agendas.
- Coordinate and prepare travel arrangements, itineraries, and materials for the EVPCFO.
- Assist with preparing sensitive documents, letters, and other materials for the EVPCFO.
- Prepare P-Card and hosting documentation for reconciliation and process travel reimbursement expense reports.
- Perform diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience and knowledge of university policies and practices.
- Coordinate hosting and catering arrangements for meetings of the EVPCFO.
- Front-facing person in greeting guests to EVPCFO office.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications*
- Three or more years of experience performing administrative responsibilities. A bachelor's degree is desired, but candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will be equally considered.
- Strong commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong attention to detail, deadline management, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and confidentiality with a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Must be able to function productively and proactively in an ever-changing, high-stress, fast-paced professional environment.
- Ability to manage a large and diverse workload while demonstrating flexibility when faced with changing priorities and competing deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience with common office software and an openness to learning new tools as needed.
