As an executive assistant in our Audit & Advisory (A&A) Services group, you’ll be the primary contact for the audit business leader and support the internal audit and claims audit teams. In this role of high visibility and responsibility, you’ll handle a wide array of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, calendar management, meeting arrangements, travel bookings, expense reporting, and the upkeep of documentation. Your role extends to the meticulous preparation of presentation materials, onboarding new team members, and orchestrating in-office events and special projects, ensuring smooth operations, and encouraging a culture of inclusivity and engagement. Additionally, you’ll contribute to cross-functional teams aimed at improving organizational connectedness.

This is a hybrid role requiring Tuesdays in office each week at our Mayfield, OH location (300 N. Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH 44143). Additional in office days required based on business need.

Must-have qualifications
  • High School diploma/ GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 5 years Administrative related work experience.

Preferred skills
  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), financial management tools (Coupa and SAP Concur), Service Request Portal, and Eptura (formerly known as iOffice).
  • Ability to facilitate the use of technology for conference calls and meetings via Microsoft Teams.
  • Administrative experience in a large corporate environment, demonstrating strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to be proactive, and self-direction.
  • A passion for serving others and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in event management and coordination.

Compensation
  • $51,200-$64,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
