We are looking to hire a professional, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, quick-thinking individual who is good at communicating, prioritizing and multi-tasking to serve as our CEO's executive assistant as well as assist with daily operations.

Some responsibilities include:
• Managing calendars and appointments
• Formatting information for internal and external communication -- memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Facilitating cross-channel communication from customers and employees
• Helping to respond to emails and messages, and screen/ direct phone calls
• Organize meetings and conferences and taking notes.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with operational tasks as needed.

• Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Proficient in Google Workspace

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• CRM Experience is a bonus
• At least one year of experience in a start up company
