Our client, a global leading alternate investment firm has three administrative openings they are looking for in their NYC office. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting a team. Candidates should have experience with calendar, travel and scheduling, and have high attention to detail. The ideal candidates should be extremely polished and professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Salary depends on experience (90k), plus paid overtime (after 40 hours). And bonus Amazing benefits - catered lunch in office, gym reimbursement
  • Work from home Fridays

Responsibilities:
  • Provide team administrative support to Partners and MD's.
  • Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, calls, events/conferences, and appointments
  • Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, visas, etc.
  • Manage expense reports using Concur
  • Maintain marketing information on Salesforce
  • Work closely with other assistants in the office.
  • Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
  • Responsible for project management, including keeping track of projects, running meetings,
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally working for a team
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred/required.
  • Extremely polished, forward-facing, and professional.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
