A Botanical Garden Client of Insight Global is The Exhibitions Project Manager oversees the design, development, and implementation of innovative exhibitions at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who manages all aspects of exhibits from inception to installation, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CEO and COO to develop exhibition schedules and long-term plans.
- Plan and manage installation and dismantling of exhibits, coordinating internal and external teams.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to protect the gardens interests.
- Provide accurate project status reports to the COO.
- Manage vendor activities related to exhibition installation and removal.
- Develop and adhere to a departmental budget.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve during installations, ensuring aesthetic quality and adherence to vision.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in project management or related fields.
- Strong management skills with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and aesthetic judgment.
- Ability to interpret designs for budgets and timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
- Positive attitude under tight deadlines with initiative and a commitment to success.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of display design and basic plant care.
- Experience with construction prints and heavy equipment.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
