Senior Project Manager - ERP

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors.

Oversee data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Train and support end-users on the new ERP system.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects.

Strong understanding of data migration processes and best practices.

Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
