Title: Hiring Client Experience Representatives

Job Duties

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Client Experience Representative Service Representative. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing and distribution experience with a focus on client experience. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations and process orders. Experience in the rigid and corrugated packaging industry is a plus. As a thought leader, the candidate should possess the ability to identify and implement efficient ways to improve existing business relationship.

High volume communication with client (Phone/E-mail)

Work with sales team to manage client relationship and orders

Inbound/Outbound Calls

Continually analyzes the marketplace, provides quotations to customers & keeps customer pricing current

Processes requests for sample product & materials

Professional demeanor and communication

Strategic & creative thinking: able to see the big picture & can help to generate innovative out of the box approaches & improved processes to drive business results with minor supervision

Strong interpersonal, speaking & written skills to clearly articulate ideas, opinions, & recommendations so that others understand them

Job Requirement:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Friendliness, tact, efficiency, organization, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines are keys to success in this position and client relationship
Accuracy is essential for documentation requirements... good attention to detail is needed
Ability to multitask is essential
Eager to learn, positive attitude, and flexibility are also important
Customer Service and call center experience

3 -5 years of work experience in a Business Service / Order Management role

Previous experience supporting sales teams onboard new business clients is REQUIRED

Zendesk & Shopify experience is REQUIRED

Customer service within Manufacturing or Distribution experience is REQUIRED
