Location: Onsite in Buford

Pay: $17 - $19 (DOE)

Duration: Temp to Hire (Performance/Attendance)

Hours of Operations:

8AM -5PM and 9AM-6PM

Set breaks: 10-10:15; lunch 12-1; 3-3:15 (9-6 is an hour behind)

(2-3 WEEK TRAINING no time off first 30 days)

Title: Warm Leads Customer Service Representative

Job Duties

High volume communication with client (100+ Calls). Ideal Candidate will be able to reach out to previous accounts and spark up interest!

We are looking for an individual with Charisma. One who is quick on their feet. Able to build repour and assist with reintroducing the client to our products over the phone. Ability to hit the ground running after 3 week side by side training is a MUST.

Professional demeanor and communication

Ability to discuss products and services over the phone as this is an inbound call setting (80+ Calls)

Job Requirement:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask is essential
Eager to learn, positive attitude, and flexibility are also important
Customer Service and call center experience

Previous Heavy machinery service experience (of Industrial Electronics, Server Motors, AC & DC Motors, Hydraulics and Pneumatics)

Bilingual is a PLUS

SAP Experience is a PLUS

Personal phones are NOT allowed in work area
