Fabric Sourcing and Development Manager :

- Source and develop fabrics for seasonal and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with NY Design, merchant, and production teams
- Liaise with overseas fabric mills and HK regional team
- Manage daily communications regarding: ( fabric development details and tracking, sample yardage coordination, risk assessment, etc)
- Create seasonal presentation boards
- Maintain fabric organization and development files
- Conduct regular touch bases with the development team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in the fashion or activewear industry
- Knowledge of textile technologies and innovations
- Comprehensive understanding of fabric development and production processes
- Strong eye for Activewear aesthetics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
