Finance Analyst Sr - Retail Division- Remote

Purpose:

The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Manager Finance Total Retail FP&A and functions in a department that provides full P&L reporting, consolidation, Real Estate and CapEx for Retail. This position is responsible for leading critical areas including Capital Planning and tracking and store profitability tracking and modeling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports all aspects of Real Estate transactions, including lease expirations, open / closure analyses, store w/in a store modeling.
• Rent restructuring analyses.
• CapEx, including working with business leaders to understand needs, partnering to build out ROIs on projects, and reporting to Corporate 4 wall store EBITDA tracking and modeling.
• Any other potential transaction modeling.
• Develop and manage reports that provide key insights for the Retail leadership team and Retail Operations leaders.
• Execute on special projects timely and accurately as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Education/ Certifications/Experience: (Required & Preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent experience is essential.
• Advanced degree or candidate seeking MBA desired.
• 3-10 years of relevant finance and FP&A experience
• Financial systems expertise including IBM TM1 or Hyperion.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
