The base salary range for this position is $46,000-$67,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

- Identify financial inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Manage workflows and processes to mitigate financial strain
- Self-directed discretionary financial decisions aligned with approved branch budget
- Bill Pay and account management
- Office Administration
- Advisor Support
- Special Events & Projects
- Partner with COO on monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting
- Main conduit for complex financial operations

- Effectively communicate sensitive financial information to key organizational partners

- 3+ years in Finance roles - Business Analyst/ Financial services industry experience
- Executive-level communication
