Apply now for the position of Financial Analyst and you will be part of the Service Finance organization which contributes to the overall Service success by ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely P&L and Balance sheet reconciliation and analysis, strong education and communication to our Service and Equipment support teams related to key financial concepts.

This role is an exciting role that combines both classic Financial Accounting concepts with leadership and communication skills. The role will have many objectives, but one key objective to collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

Your Role:

• Ensure existing processes with HS CS NAM Life Cycle Administration Dept are being executed, including billing and coverage accuracy; resolution of aged topics; communication with management.
• Lead collaboration with Service Business Management and IT to ensure proper MEA Accounting through comprehension of various service offerings and in-depth knowledge of MEA revenue recognition tool facilitated through SAP.
• Reconcile and analyze various balance sheet for various contract asset/liability accounts.
• Serve as key liaison for HS NAM Accounting related to HS CS NAM business offerings and processes.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities are completed in timely/efficient manner.
• Support various HS CS Departments to aid in comprehension of various financial and accounting topics.
• Participate and facilitate various internal audits with HS CS NAM Customer Administration including billing/coverage accuracy; resolution of aged topics; communication with management.

• Confident, self-starter with ability to work with minimal direction.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

• 2- 7 years of experience in Financial Analyst or Cost Accounting equivalent positions.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik tools.
• Experience w SAP platform will be beneficial in this role.
