Piper Health and Sciences is actively seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join a well-known health system in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC). The Financial Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely analysis of key financial functions to the enterprise. This is a full-time (FTE) opportunity located on-site in Raleigh.

Responsibilities of the Financial Business Analyst:

• Provide financial support to operational leadership at the hospital
• Provide financial analysis for new projects or potential capital expenditures
• Support month-end close processes and variance analysis for the Monthly Operations Report (MOR) and Action OI data gathering and reporting
• System analysis
• Manage reimbursement payment cost and process functionality

Qualifications of the Financial Business Analyst:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Report writing
• System analysis
• B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study

Compensation of the Financial Business Analyst:

• $85,000 - $95,000 annual base salary
