We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) and the Bell 360 Invictus Future Attack and Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA), part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, Bell's Autonomous Pod Transport (APT), and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth however, exceptions for alternate work arrangements may be considered.

FLRAA Air Vehicle IPT Program Specialist

The Program Specialist for the FLRAA Air Vehicle (AV) IPT is responsible for coordination, tasking and data organization of programmatic requirements and deliverables across subordinate IPTs in support of AV Senior Leadership.

What you'll be doing as a FLRAA Air Vehicle IPT Program Specialist

    Coordinate, host, and facilitate internal and external AV IPT meetings. Track Action Items and curate special topics and required data updates. Create and manage AV IPT SharePoint page to provide an IPT status dashboard. Curate and track IPT metrics to include, but not limited to; milestone readiness, M&P activities, component procurement, supplier audits, and qualification activities. Update program briefings, including facilitating collaboration and consolidating inputs cross functionally between the AV IPT and interfacing teams. Organize customer meetings and events - interface with US Army program management office and build relationships cross functionally to help support various engagements. Standardize IPT communications and coordination Manage meeting requests and support content organization for major events such as subsystem CDRs Manage AV IPT consulting agreements with Procurement and Legal

  • 3 + years of professional experience creating program reports and briefings
  • Demonstrated expertise utilizing MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills are of great importance to work effectively with customers and with representatives from other departments.
  • Organization, planning and prioritization to effectively support a variety of assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through with project plans.
  • SharePoint Administrator experience preferred.

We are looking for inquisitive and driven IPT Program Specialist with a passion to innovate.

Bachelor's Degree with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or similar discipline, is required.
