Fullstack Software Engineer

One of Insight Globals clients is looking for 2 Fullstack Software Engineers to join their local team. This company is in the Insurance industry focused on: renters, auto, commerical products, etc.) This person is going to be joining an evergrowing IT department that is looking for NET-NEW engineers to join their team due to ongoing iniatives and projected company growth. We are looking for talented engineers who have a strong development background working with C#/Java and Angular on the front end.

This will be a HYBRID position and will require individuals to go onsite 100% of the time during training/onboarding and then will move into a 3 day a week in office model.

Compensation: $85,000 to $120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education

Required Skills & Experience

4-8 years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on backend technologies
Proficiency in C#/ Java
Proficiency in Angular
Database expertise w/ SQL
Leadership and mentorship experience is highly desirable.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
Insurance industry experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
